Meet Tim Tannert
Tim embarked on his career as a pharmacist. Early on, he discovered his true calling lay in assisting the teams and companies he served to flourish. Although he was passionate about aiding patients’ health, he realized that his ability to positively impact more lives was through enhancing the health of the organizations he worked with.
This revelation led Tim into a more than 20-year journey in Executive Leadership. He has assumed roles as both COO and CEO for various companies. In 2011, the opportunity arose for Tim to become the COO of a small pharmacy software firm, where his role was to propel growth and scalability. Over the ensuing decade, he played an instrumental role in transforming the company from a lesser-known entity to an uncontested market leader. The company’s workforce burgeoned from 20 to over 150 employees, and it changed hands twice before he eventually took the reins as President and CEO within a division of a Fortune 500 corporation. Tim successfully established a robust Leadership Team that could thrive autonomously, paving the way for his next challenge – aiding other enterprises in achieving similar triumphs.
In 2021, Tim established CultureCures with the aim of guiding companies across diverse industries in cultivating exceptional Teams and Cultures.
